Sabrina Polga
Principal
With over 16 years of real estate development and construction experience, Sabrina has led projects successfully through the entire project life cycle from sourcing land through to property management.
Sabrina has led billions of dollars of diverse development projects through complex development, construction and close out, assessing financial viability, navigating partnerships and approvals, while balancing scope, budgets and schedules through successful project delivery.
Sabrina is a Project Management Professional, with a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from the Sauder School of Business at UBC. Sabrina takes immense joy in being barefoot in the rainforests of the pacific northwest.
Rich Threlfall
VP of Development
Throughout his prolific real estate development career spanning over 18 years, Rich has gained significant full life cycle Land Development and Construction experience from land acquisition, conceptual analysis and design, through municipal rezoning processes and construction. As an engineer by education, and a real estate professional by practice, Rich comes with a unique lens of project delivery that is holistic and deliberate in nature.
Project asset classes include multiple large master planned communities, multifamily buildings, and commercial projects in various municipalities across Western Canada. Driven by a passion for innovation and desire to make a difference to the broader community,
Rich has generated extensive experience in land development, management, and business and is an integral member of the Empacta team. Rich finds serenity in exploring the mountains of British Columbia’s interior.
Project Manager
Brooke Clark
Harnessing a robust background in environmental management and urban planning, Brooke contributes an intersectional lens to projects. Her academic focus at in the Masters of Community and Regional Planning program at UBC, specialized in Sustainability, provides a solid foundation for understanding and applying sustainable development principles effectively.
Her analytical skills, refined through two years of project management and insights analysis, are critical in evaluating community impacts to ensuring our projects align with both local needs and environmental standards.
This expertise is complemented by hands-on experience in community-driven sustainability, social and economic non-profit projects in the Vancouver community. Brooke prefers to be on a beach or by the ocean.
