The Lands We Work On

Empacta Development is privileged to work across the unceded, ancestral, and traditional territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations, and the unceded lands of the Syilx People. Our projects span many traditional territories throughout British Columbia, focusing on advancing social purpose real estate.
